September - November 2017 in pictures
In September, Julie celebrated a special birthday: 10 years old!
To share her joy, she invited some friends to a "smiley party" :-) .
Now she's 10, it's time to learn a famous skill in Brittany: flipping crêpes! :-)
End of September, our church, like other churches in Rennes and a hundred more around France, opened their doors to host an exhibition, named "500 years of Protestant Reformation" and created in collaboration with Agapé France. This exhibition was very much appreciated, looking back on the foundations of our faith and some Church history.
The happy group attending the hackathon in Lyon from October 20th to 22nd.
Two days is short, so everyone is fully focused!
A selfie of the organising team to record this successful first hackathon :-)
From September to January, David is working together with 6 colleagues from different countries in Europe to think about how we can use technologies and digital tools to make Jesus known in Europe. So they gather regularly in a virtual office!
Since September, our group, planting a new evangelical church in the North of Rennes, has been meeting every Wednesday night for a time of worship, prayer and Bible study. And every three weeks on Sunday morning we have a family service, warmly hosted in a house for the moment.
Anna has started taking Celtic harp lessons. She's very gifted!
All this aside, we also found some time as a family to finish a puzzle we started a year ago!
We thank God for His mercies towards us which are new every morning.
