Here is a overview of our summer. In July, Julie, Anna and Claire wrote and performed a song for David's birthday. It was moving to hear their three beautiful voices. At the end of July, Anna and Claire participated in a week-long horse riding camp organised by the Ligue pour la Lecture de la Bible (Scripture Union in France). Meanwhile, David, Carolyn and Julie went on a camping trip to the nearby Champagne region. The 5 of us then continued our holiday together, including 2 wonderful days at La Flèche Zoo. At the end of August, our Agapé Rennes team had our traditional picnic-and-swim day out to start the new academic year. Mid-September, David spent three days near Paris working with his colleagues of the Agapé France National Leadership Team. On September 16th, Carolyn received her nursing assistant diploma, as well as 3 medals of the best student for 3 different modules. A great reward after a year of intense studies. As months go by, adventures follow one another. Here is a summary in pictures of what we've been up to since February. This is an intense year. All the more so, we need to take some time apart, as a couple, to stop, recharge our batteries and take stock of our lives. David was very involved in sharing news about Digital Strategies with his team, ... ... also as a member of the new National Leadership Team, ... ... and even as an Emcee (Master of Ceremonies) with his colleague Hubert and Flamingo, our mascot for this year. At the end of March, Claire attended her first Christian camp weekend at the

In October, before the autumn rains, David was delighted to be able to trim all the hedges around our house in one (long) day. This usually takes several Saturdays spread over several months! A great thing to be thankful for! Also in October, our church was able to meet for the first time in a large newly built hall. This enabled us to welcome the whole community without being too tightly packed. We have gathered several times in this hall during the last months, when our usual rented place was occupied by other associations. Before Covid's resurgence and reduced travel at the end of the year, David was able to meet in Paris with the Agapé France leadership team. It was good to see each other face-to-face and made a change from the weekly video conference calls. Team leaders from the various Agapé ministries also met for three days mid-October. It was the opportunit
